Pros (+) Accommodated early arrival (11:00am) from Airport after overnight flight. Friendly, cheerful, and very helpful staff. For us this is the primary thing that defines the hotel as a place we'll return to when in the area. Located close to M62. Excellent green space in hotel grounds.
Cons (-) Accommodations fairly dated but kept well maintained and clean. Quite a bit of ongoing renovation in the common areas while we were there. Staff were taking special care to ensure guest safety and minimize any inconvenience.
