Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near Gatwick Airport, beautiful grounds, and peaceful surroundings. Many highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good breakfast options. The beds were generally found to be comfortable, and cleanliness was a recurring positive theme. However, several guests mentioned the persistent issue of non-working lifts, parking charges, and occasional noise or breakfast shortcomings. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for airport stays.
