Pros (+) The staff is wonderfull! Very friendly and helpful. For sure I will be back to the very same hotel whenever I need to go to that location.
Cons (-) Parking around is not easy but the hotel's staff did a great job on supporting me on that task.

Pros (+) I came late since I did the reservation 20 min before.. the staff member were really friendly and nice. Especially the day I checked out. I also loved the bed, it was so confortable

Cons (-) Sevice was horrible. Waited 1 1/2 hour for some one to come to the front desk. No one ever showed up. Had to go somewhere else. They refused to refund your money. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay for parking in a lot not owned by hotel, or someone will put a boot on your car. Last option park on the street The phone number listed on the email is wrong. It goes to a fax.
