Location location location ...central if everything.All within walking distance.Only transport I took is from airport to hotel & vice versa .
Nothing to complain ...Too perfect....especially all the staff ...from check in to restaurant to pool bar(my favorite place to unwind)...

Great location by Ben Thanh Market, really easy to walk to major sites. Staff friendly. The roof bar and pool is nice. The breakfast was good and an added bonus, complimentary afternoon tea served from 3pm.
Some rooms have no windows - ours didn't have one and it felt quite claustrophobic. Given the price, I'd have expected a window. Pillows were not particularly soft. A lot of the furniture in the room was battered and quite scratched - probably due for replacement. The shower was quite basic, a bit low down and I couldn't adjust the height. Public areas are lovely but rooms would benefit from a refurbishment.
