Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access city attractions, shopping, and dining. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unclean bedding, foul odors, and poor hygiene throughout the property. Service was also criticized, with reports of unfriendly staff, inadequate customer support, and dissatisfaction with policies. Some guests found the rooms smaller than expected and felt the overall value for price was only average, with several mentioning that the hotel did not meet their expectations based on online photos. While a few guests appreciated the reasonable price and location, most were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and poor service.
