Cons (-) The rooms need a little help. Paint was chipping off the door frames, air conditioner was loud, lanai needed to be pressure washed. The location was good except for an abandoned lot next door that looks haunted

Cons (-) It was very close to the airport which is convinent for travelers, our suite didn't have waterfront view but has a nice tropical garden view to it. Over all it was very nice, but I wish they would have more small appliances inside the rooms such as microwaves.

Pros (+) The really nice and welcoming greeting of aloha from the tall young man at the front desk. I wish I could remember his name, I believe it was a hawaiian name, he really made my stay as well as my other family members rooming on different floors right at home.
Cons (-) Lack of parking spaces, and longer valet service.
