Tried to call repeatedly and online, needed to pick up car earlier than the 9:00pm. Tried numerous times to get through, didn’t happen. Went in to pick up 15 minutes before to pick it up and the counter was closed. The next morning at 8:00 went in. The F150 reserved had been rented- not available- only had a big dodge 250. I had requested a vehicle with good suspension, because my spine is fused too to bottom. We have a dodge 250, that’s why I was renting a smooth ride. Didn’t happen. I’m disappointed and will go back to enterprise. Poor customer service and hours are not always accurate 👎Reviewed Nov 6 2025

Windshield inside was overplayed and hard to see at night. Gas tank was not full. I returned full. I won't use hertz again. Your roll in this was great, Hertz dropped the ball.Reviewed Aug 1 2025
