Pros:Dirty, sticky car with used masks and eye lashes inside; sticky wheel.Cons:Should be clean, I am not talking disinfested, just pure clean. We asked to use our E-Z pass but got still charged for a toll 3 times the cost for the toll.Reviewed Mar 3 2021

Pros:Great staff. Small location. Great price.Cons:The minivan needed air in the tires, which should have been checked BEFORE I rented. The second issue was that I had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered to the Hertz location, even though I had stopped by a week earlier to remind them that I needed the van at a specific time on a specific day. Still, they were ill-prepared. Not a big issue overall, but annoying at the time.Reviewed Sep 6 2020
