Pros:Agent was professional and thorough. Good mileage.Cons:The car was not clean. There were bits of food in the console and the inside of the windshield was smeared. There was cleaning spray residue everywhere. I had alcohol wipes and cleaned for 1000 mile trip. Pick up time was long because of 1 agent and line. I reserved a Mazda "or similar". Learned belatedly Mazdas are never available. Manual was missing so never figured out how to set cruise control.Reviewed Mar 20 2021

Pros:Absolutely horrible.Cons:They left me high and dry, didn’t have a car for me even though I booked over a week beforehand and wouldn’t even help me get my money back! Just gave me a number to call the corporate billing office to get my money back for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF PROPER PLANNING.Reviewed Jul 15 2019

Overall great experiencePros:Only a few miles from the airport and is $100 cheaper than renting at the airport. Staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful at this Hertz establishment. The car was clean as a whistle and there were no odors and to top it off, I didn't use even one tank of gas for almost 500 miles. Perfume cover up and hike to the carPros:The price and location.Cons:The car obviously had someone who smoked in it. The company used a very very very strong perfume to cover up the smell, but it was so pungent that we had to keep the windows open for our 700 miles of driving to be done over the next 2 days. I could not wait to not be in the car. The car was located across two busy streets a block away when picked up, and at drop off, no one was at lot to receive so I had to hike back to the office and wait in line to drop off.
