Pros: It was easy to drop off. Didn't take long. I was nervous because they didn't go over it with me before I left NC they were going to call me on some of the marks on the car, but they didn't.
Cons: It wasn't the easiest place to find.

The man in wilmington automatically tacked on the Gas fee of 25$ that lets you leave the car with any amount of gas

Pros: Convenience, value was outstanding. Friendly staff.
Cons: Only one person to take care of the office while I was there. Didn't have support for more than one customer (in person, on phone) at once.

Perfume cover up and hike to the car
Pros: The price and location.
Cons: The car obviously had someone who smoked in it. The company used a very very very strong perfume to cover up the smell, but it was so pungent that we had to keep the windows open for our 700 miles of driving to be done over the next 2 days. I could not wait to not be in the car. The car was located across two busy streets a block away when picked up, and at drop off, no one was at lot to receive so I had to hike back to the office and wait in line to drop off. Not at all convenient

Overall great experience
Pros: Only a few miles from the airport and is $100 cheaper than renting at the airport. Staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful at this Hertz establishment. The car was clean as a whistle and there were no odors and to top it off, I didn't use even one tank of gas for almost 500 miles. What more could you ask for?
Cons: Staff and quality of vehicle were excellent

Cons: When picking up, I was asked for the name of my insurance company, never had that question before. I had opted for the Alliance coverage offered at the time of booking and the pick up clerk seemed perturbed by that.

Pros: Absolutely horrible.
Cons: They left me high and dry, didn’t have a car for me even though I booked over a week beforehand and wouldn’t even help me get my money back! Just gave me a number to call the corporate billing office to get my money back for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF PROPER PLANNING.
Cons: They never said I needed social security if I use debit card, even If I called them twice before, it's unbelievable, never again with this company, also is not the first time the girls from the front desk where so rude and I don't think they finish high school
