Please commend your CSRPros:Your CSR Ralph Rossano was exceptionally helpful. When i got to the airport he discovered i had made the reservation for downtown White Plains instead of the airport. He helped me move the reservation to the point of talking to your central reservations rep (with my phone) because i could not understand her. He was thorough, efficient, and courteous in a situation where he could have justifiably asked me to handle it myself; all this when he was ending his shift and about to leave. He gets a 10+ out of 10!Reviewed Dec 1 2017
