Pros: Always a pleasure to stay here; I do so each year when I visit NY. The staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and the location is excellent.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: If I had to pic something it would be the location. You have to really hunt for food if you dont like what the hotel have to offer
5,0 Okay
Pros: The people ( employees) were very nice.
Cons: I called previously to see if there was a shuttle service available during our stay and they told me yes, however when we got there they told us the shuttle service is only available Monday through Friday. We paid $70 for rides between Friday and Saturday. Also we upgraded to a room with a patio and the patio was 4x6 if that much. When we opened the door to go out on the patio, the chair fell off because it barely fit on the patio to begin with. The rugs were stained and dirty. The hotel patio was not open to enjoy either!
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Comfortable bed and great pillows
Cons: Faded decor, carpets and furniture in decline. Unhelpful staff. Long corridors with cleaning trollies out day and night. Noise from staff shouting to each other from 7am and guests doing the same until about 2.30am. Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever had the misfortune to stay at and they tried to overcharge me.
5,4 Okay
Cons: Wash clothes not replaced. Food garbage not removed. Managing stairs with suitcase.
7,5 Good
Pros: We liked the room and the pool facilities and the breakfast buffet was ok.
Cons: It was a complete nightmare booking in as booking.com had cancelled our reservation!! however the desk staff were superb and very quickly re-organised our room. We will NOT be using booking.com ever again for major overseas travel

Pros: Beautiful place!
Cons: The outdoor pool was for adults only. We had to go to the indoor pool instead, which wasn’t nearly as nice.
6,7 Good
Pros: The grounds and buildings were beautiful.
Cons: I booked a deluxe room with a view but got a standard and the property will not refund money. It was a switch and bait scheme in my opinion. I would love to stay again but afraid that I will not get what I paid for.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were really beautiful, the staff was fantastic! The room was really nice.
Cons: They were obviously renovating and all of the guests were close together. The other guests were pretty loud at all hours- but thats not really the fault of the hotel. I'd like to go back again once the renovations are done.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Room access not good. Stayed in the cottage Which was not easily accessible from the car. Hard to locate room without staff help. Small bugs in room. Room very small. Entire facility not easily accessible for seniors like us. Would not recommend
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great value. Very comfortable. Perfect for a weekend get away. All the amenities you need. And great area to venture out.
Cons: There was a wedding so parking was limited if you went out at night hard to park coming back. The pool was probably a little more crowded and there was a lack of lounges also. We would definitely come back. I probably would ask if there is a wedding and possibly do a different time. But even with the wedding it was very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds and pool were a pleasant surprise.

Alum considering the line Caron and gorgeous grounds
7,5 Good
Pros: The grounds were beautiful. The property was well maintained.
Cons: The room smelled of musty mint. The door to the room stuck. Floor by the bed was rickety.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous and tranquil surroundings- relaxing adult-only outdoor pool with bar - Cellar 49 restaurant
Cons: The bed was very hard - long walk from parking lot to room - NOT handicap accessible!
6,0 Good
Cons: You had to walk a lot to get to the building my room was in, including through several other buildings and down several flights of stairs only to have to climb those same stairs to get to the lobby or to where breakfast was served. Distant parking.
