Easy bookingPros:Once someone came to the desk, the pickup and dropoff was quick and painless. The size of the car was as promised in my booking online, the price was cheaper than other locations close to Cedar Falls, and the car was pretty clean on the interior.Cons:The front seats of my Hyundai Sonata were extremely uncomfortable and I drove the vehicle for 24+ hours... the bar under the driver and passenger seat made me and my passenger's tailbone extremely sore and my friend even said she could feel the bruise days later after the trip. Also, the trunk reeked of vinegar and was still wet so the thick cardboard box I had in the back with various grocery/pantry items soaked through and when I picked it up all of the items fell through the bottom. I had to remove the outer box of the cereal and other items and place into grocery sacks. Luckily, my pillow was on top of my luggage and only the outside of my luggage bag was damp.Reviewed Apr 23 2018
