Cons: They called me the day of my rental and left me a message that they didnt have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Never made any effort to try and help me otherwise. I tried calling back numerous times and never got through. Ended up having to rent with a different rental agency who could accommodate me and at least acknowledge me.

Cons: I dropped the car off in Port Canaveral at 6pm on a Saturday. They closed at 4pm. There was not any clear instructions on what to do with hour keys etc....

Cons: I have no complaints about the car or service, everything went fine. What I don't like is that I couldn't change my car reservation until I canceled the original. When I rebooked to shorten my rental days it actually cost a lot more than it would have if I had just kept the original reservation. All I tried to do was drop a few days off the total, pick up day was the same! I feel cheated.

Cons: The staff was unprofessional and we booked a car online that they didn’t even have, so we went there and paid more for a full size.

Pros: I have rented here before and they have never been late with promised car pickup. But first time I used Kayack to rent from Hertz
Cons: online booking for 9:00am pickup. Car was not ready until 10:00am. Needless to say I was late for my appointment for outing with friend from out of town.
