Pros:Staff was nice but the car smelled like a dirty toilet. The brakes on the car were very bad. It made sense when the representative asked me if I planned on doing a lot of driving.Cons:Tell me about the car in it’s state and not let me drive off in that condition. Cons:They called me the day of my rental and left me a message that they didnt have a car for me even though I had a reservation. Never made any effort to try and help me otherwise. I tried calling back numerous times and never got through. Ended up having to rent with a different rental agency who could accommodate me and at least acknowledge me.Reviewed Mar 27 2020

Cons:I dropped the car off in Port Canaveral at 6pm on a Saturday. They closed at 4pm. There was not any clear instructions on what to do with hour keys etc....Reviewed Jan 26 2020

Cons:I have no complaints about the car or service, everything went fine. What I don't like is that I couldn't change my car reservation until I canceled the original. When I rebooked to shorten my rental days it actually cost a lot more than it would have if I had just kept the original reservation. All I tried to do was drop a few days off the total, pick up day was the same! I feel cheated.Reviewed Dec 5 2019

Pros:I have rented here before and they have never been late with promised car pickup. But first time I used Kayack to rent from HertzCons:online booking for 9:00am pickup. Car was not ready until 10:00am. Needless to say I was late for my appointment for outing with friend from out of town.Reviewed May 18 2017
