I was overcharged by several hundred dollarsCons:Now I have to waste my time trying to fix being overcharged and there are no human beings with access to information as to why I was overcharged, Only robots and terrible call waiting music. Pros:The car was new with some good features. The gentlemen that was on duty when returning was super friendly and polite. Gave this over all experience a higher grade because of him.Cons:The lady on duty was not friendly when picking up the car. I know the system was down so she may have been frustrated with that but she still should have been more friendlier, polite and with a smile. didnt feel very welcomed. Terrible.Cons:This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Hertz called twice during the week just to confirm if I still needed the car?? Yes of course I did. I paid. Then they. Called and said they would have my car ready for me at noon. I showed up at noon and they were closed. Hertz did not care or do my thing to help me. Went to budget for the same price but far better experience. Will not use kayak or hertz againReviewed Jan 28 2018

Cons:I had a very hard time trying to change the drop-off location of the vehicle, which, at the end, was not made possible by Hertz. That gave me a lot of trouble so will think twice before making a reservation with them again.Reviewed Jun 18 2017
