I canceled my rental two days ahead of time of pick-up as that is what I thought I read, in order to receive all of my money back. I did get it back. I only wanted an SUV to make sure we could get through a snow storm as my wife had to drive 100 miles to pick up our son at Christmas. There was no snow so I didn't need the car. Next time, I will rent the vehicle a couple of days out instead of having to rent and cancel.
