Pros:Nothing. They cancelled the morning of the reservation and didnt even try to help find a replacement.Cons:More friendly customer service. I realize they are struggling financially but that's no reason to abandon courteousness and caring.Reviewed Jun 24 2020

You can't use a Debit Card to rent a car!Pros:PriceCons:If these rent a car places no longer take debit cards don't let consumer book it with a debit card, decline it! Since I only have a debit card I could not pick up this car, luckily my Dad let me use his. BTW I had to go there the next day and pick the car up. Not good...Reviewed Jul 29 2016

Pros:Great people. Way Cheaper then airport but take an Uber not a taxi !!Cons:The Union site is only 10 min from airport, maybe 7 miles ? But f you get a Taxi it will cost you 43-56$ -- that's what dispatcher quotes you. You are not on meter. The Hertz people told me to take an Uber back after I dropped off my car and it was $12.36Reviewed Jul 22 2016

Pros:The car itself was fine, the pickup process was fine, the reps were friendly enough.Cons:Because it was Sunday for car dropoff, I used the key-drop to return the car/keys. BUT, when I closed the key-drop drawer, the lock on the key-return box fell off (was never properly locked) and the whole door fell open, exposing all of the keys that had been dropped off. If an unscrupulous person got access to all the keys, they could have taken any vehicle, etc. Of course, I took pictures to document this situation.Reviewed Jul 3 2017
