Reservation for Friday at 5pm - they wouldn’t open the door for me at 4:50pm - was left without a car.

Nothing terrible experienceCommunication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them. Ridiculous

Nothing. They cancelled the morning of the reservation and didnt even try to help find a replacement.More friendly customer service. I realize they are struggling financially but that's no reason to abandon courteousness and caring.

Terrible experienceNothing. Prices were inaccurate and misrepresented, my money was held and I didn't even use their servicecannot speak to quality of car but if it is anything like the experience I had with their customer service...was charged an additional 75 because of my age. I cancelled less than 24 hours after making the reservation - they charged me and would not return my money for over a week - criminal!

Costume service was ok.Not being able to make changes on my booking a few hours after booking and the vehicle giving me some problems with a tire that kept loosing air.
