They advertise unlimited mileage, when I showed up for the car, they told me that you would get charged for every mile over 250. ridiculous dont rent from here.Thrifty

Tamecka Dixon was the friendliest and most accommodating agent I have interacted with across ANY car rental platform. She kept her office open for 15 extra minutes as I was running late, even though it was the night before Thanksgiving. Her generosity and flexibility make her an exceptional member of Avis and I am certainly going to rent with Avis once again largely because of the stellar service, coupled with the easy check-in process and lower costs.Cons:
A more secure drop-off process would be preferred. The office is closed on Sundays, so dropping off in they key window did not feel as secure as ideal.2,0 Poor
