Pros:Horrible customer service!!! Could not even rent the car! Their work ours are different form the advertised and even when I told them that I am going to pick up the car they never waited to the given business hours and closed 60 minutes earlier. Even their main number is very dysfunctional and could not help me with anything by not allowing me to speak with any management stuff. Horrible Horrible consumer service. Cons:They did not close out the rental agreements until 2 days after I dropped off the car and I was charged an additional $300 that still hasn’t fallen off of my credit card! That is an extreme inconvenience and nothing was offered to make amends.Reviewed Sep 11 2020

Cons:My car wasn't even checked before it was given to me. The sensor for the doors was broken so in the end I couldn't drive the car that I rented out. I had asked for another car and all they had was a large pick up truck which I was NOT comfortable driving. The only other thing they offered me was directions to the next Hertz rental which was at the airport which I was not going to because it was out of the way.Reviewed Sep 8 2020

Cons:I cancelled my order just a few minutes after i had made it. This was a mistake on dates ( i typed august instead of july). I spoke to Kayak and to Hertz right away. But despite their promiss, today (which is 6 weeks later) I still did not get my money back although i never got the rental!!Reviewed Aug 23 2019
