Almost perfect
Pros: The pickup process was pretty easy and informative. free upgrade. Very accessible from NYC. Offered to give me a ride to Rte 4 on car return. Sent receipts directly to my email.
Cons: On returning the car, there was about a 10 min slot where I didnt know what to do or to whom to talk. It seemed that everyone was a lil flustered. The main problem was that the first guy to see me didnt let me know that someone would be with me even tho I greeted him, he simply passed me by. When I walked into the ofc, a guy at the desk was walking out and did tell me that someone would be with me. I'd already parked the car in a spot and checked it over by then. Was jus at lil strange and frustrating, but the agent who did finally help me was very pleasant and efficient. 9/10 I'd rent here again.
