Pros:Staff at the counter not overly friendly, and there was confusion about what car we rented and needed as their current inventory was very low. We ended up getting a vehicle that worked, but it was different from what we booked. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the car itself was very nice.Reviewed May 25 2021

Pros:Nothing. The place was temporarily closed. Even though I was sent a reminder email the day before.. Called Priceline to inform them and was told they apologize that their system was not updated. Pros:The lady who helped us finally get a car was excellent. The company and their policies were bad and highly unprofessional. We reserved a car, but when we arrived, they switched the pick-up from the airport to an office downtown so I had to pay for a taxi. Secondly, there was no car waiting for me. I had to wait for another person to return one. We were told that a reservation and confirmation only guarantee a price, but not a car! Cons:There was no car available for us at our location/ reservation time....we had to postpone everything by over 24 hours after calling around the area and waiting for something else to open up. Pros:We were in an uber traveling to the Savannah GA Hertz to pick up our car for the week when they called and said they didn't have a car for our reservation. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. How do you not have a car for a reservation made? And they could care less. It somehow wasn't their problem and it wasn't worth their time to help resolve it. We had to spend a week of very unreliable and expensive Ubers to get anywhere. My guess they were trying to double dip the car as our first uber cancelled minutes before picking us up so we were about 20 mins late from our pickup time when they called. I think they were gave our car away and since we had prepaid had hoped we weren't coming.Cons:Actually have the number of cars they offer in reservations.Reviewed Apr 12 2021
