The rental was actually with Avis and not Enterprise (I cancelled one booking and rebooked). The experience was mediocre because I rented a standard SUV and when I got there they did not have any available. The guy at the counter convinced me the car they had which was like a van would get much better gas mileage than an SUV. It did not and was a rather strange car - had things like auto brakes that I have never had before and scared me when driving and they randomly came on....Reviewed Mar 9 2023

Minor inconvenience at pick up. Resolved in 1/2 hour. The vehicles tire pressures were 5 lbs below specs Vehicle’s drivers side window repeatedly malfunctioned Seat belt warning light / sound started coming on for no reason towards end of our trip Staff was friendly and attentive. Once I got through the automated phone system the team at Little Neck Road in Savannah were great to interact with. We met Casey the manager and Grover, but the majority of our interaction was with Robert Kraeling. He was always personable and followed through on commitments for service.
