Pros:They called me a day before my scheduled pick up date to tell me they did not have ANY cars to rent me. I will never use them nor recommend them again. I have many friends who rent from them an all were made aware of this. Not a fanPros:Price of car .Cons:Car was a smoker , couldn’t return it since they were closed already , car was not built for long drive. Weekend hours that they don’t have .rep on the phone act like he was doing you a favor ,and in a rush to get off the. Pros:Good car for the price. Nice that it included blue tooth for cell phone.Cons:Long wait to pick up car. Processing took almost 45 minutes since there was two customers ahead of us. Also, was inconvenient to have to use debt card and have additional money on hold. I wanted to use credit card but it wasn't in my husband's name who would be driving the car.Reviewed Jun 5 2017

Remember that Seinfeld episode...Cons:My wife, my six month old twins and I had our car break down on Christmas morning. We contemplated flying home but had too much stuff to haul home, so we cancelled our flight and reserved a full size rental. We arrived at the scheduled time...4pm (1 hour before these places close) and they only had compact vehicles. I used Kayak to reserve two more vehicles at Hertz locations that were fairly close. In both cases I was able to reserve a full size, but when I immediately called them to make darn sure...they didn't have the vehicle I reserved either. We scrambled and ended up paying quite a bit more than we would've had we flown with the extra luggage. Definitely a painful experience.Reviewed Jan 5 2017
