Had a 12 PM rental time on Saturday, but they close at 12. Got there a few minutes early and they were already closed. When I attempted earlier in the week to move my appointment up an hour to 11 I was told I’d be charged, so I kept the 12pm time. How can you expect to pick up the car at 12 if you are not open past 1150? Horrible.. Did not get my car and will never use them againReviewed Jan 10 2022

Cons:The rental car agency did not have a vehicle for me, even though this was a prepaid rental. I have not found a place on the Kayak app where I can request a refund, so I have asked my credit card company to file a claim to get the refund.Reviewed Jun 23 2020

Pros:I did not receive a reason for why my credit card got charged an additional 65 dollarsCons:I dropped my key off in the drop box with the receipt attached on 5/30 at 2 pm, 2 hours earlier than the 4 pm deadline for my return.
