Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Did not have the car (category) I ordered. The supposed “upgrade” SUV was a very small and very uncomfortable car. I needed a bigger more spacious car for this reservation.
Cons: They canceled my rental while I was on my way to pick it up....they also kept my rental insurance deposit of $33.... can’t be much worse
Cons: They could not fulfill my reservation because they didn't have enough cars. They called me 15 minutes before my pick up time to tell me this. It caused a huge inconvenience on my vacation logistics.

Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The car was not spot clean. The windshield needs wiping from the inside in the vehicles I have rented. I normally take water and vinegar to do the cleaning myself, especially for night driving where the glare of the incoming cars make the marks more apparent.

Definite let down
Cons: I went to collect my car as booked and confirmed by Hertz only to find no car was available and told they could possibly, that i possibly, have a car for later that evening or the following morning. I had travel plans that were completely disrupted and Hertz in no way helped or tried to help find an alternative, nor have they come forward with any form of compensation for my fully disrupted travel plans. The Hertz attendant did say he tried to call and tell me, but he only tried once and didn't bother again or try and email or text. Very very disappointing form this well respected company

Cons: $59 reservation booked 6 weeks out...$50 non-refundable fee regardless of when you cancel the reservation. Total price gouging, and customer service is atrocious. TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS - USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU HAVE POTENTIAL FOR CHANGING PLANS.
Cons: When I showed up to pick up my car, the office was closed. I wasn't informed of their schedule when I booked the reservation. This absolutely screwed up my trip! I will never book with Hertz again if I can avoid it.
