Cons: They didn't have a car for me on the time or day that I need it. I prepaid for my rental 2 months in advance, when I arrived I had to wait 25 minutes before they told me they didn't have a car for me. My ride had already left and had to find another to get back. That night I had to pay for a taxi
Reservation not well coordinated
Cons: Online reservation made a time commitment that brick and mortar couldn't fulfill. I ended up not renting the car and wasted about an hour on my vacation day.
Roomy car, great customer service!
Pros: The car was roomy, ready to go, and easy to drive. Drop-off outside of regular office hours was easy.
Cons: They don't accept debit cards for payment, without putting a pretty big deposit on hold. I didn't know that, or would have brought a different card or cash.
