Cons:I arrived to pick up my car at 1:00pm on 10-07-17 the front door was open but no one was in office. there was a sign on the counter stating they would be back in 5 minutes and call the number for assitance. we waited 20 minutes and called the number and it rang in the office we were standing. i walked outside and went into a open garage and found a person working and asked where the hertz attendant was, he stated he worked for the car dealer and that hertz leaves at 12pm on saturdays.I went back and called the number again and again it rang in the office we were standing. W e were panic, we were due to leave on our trip early sunday morning. W e called around and found that AVIS could get us a car for our trip. We went to the AVIS office at 2pm ( and they were open) and rented a car for our trip and left on time.Reviewed Oct 17 2017

Pros:the price was fair. the check in was pretty quick. car ran very well with no issues.Cons:The car .was dirty when it was brought out to me, i pointed this out and they did take it back and vacuum it out.Reviewed Sep 6 2017
