After my plane was delayed, Hertz decided to give my reserved car away to other people as there was a large conference in town that week. Ended up costing me $500 for an Uber to get to my destination because no other company had cars either. Lady at the counter was useless and made no effort to help me.Reviewed Oct 21 2021

Pros:Was told to lock car and go inside with key to return car and receipt would be emailed.Cons:1) I specifically booked Ford Fusion. Received Toyota Corolla. Hard to get into Corolla (too low) without banging head. 2) No indication where to drop off or how. Dropped in Avis area since there was no other area. 3) At this time (70 after drop off) I have emailed receipt! Disappointed about that.Reviewed Jul 1 2019

Pros:Staff friendly. Gave me keys immediately. Upgraded to lg SUburban as van unavailable. So nice for us as we had 4 people, luggage, and a wheelchair. Drop off easy. Yoir site didn’t let me do 2nd pageReviewed May 18 2019

Pros:I liked the make and model of the car after they exchanged it from the one that was even more filthy and would not start.Cons:Terribly long distance to walk and then the car wouldnt start. I had to walk all the way back to exchange it.Reviewed Dec 26 2018
