Pros:The staff was very helpful and reassuring. He showed me the exactly where and how to return the key.Cons:The light on the oil/engine were both on when I got the car. Thankfully, it was probably just a sensor!Reviewed May 17 2021

Best Car Rental I have EVER ExperiencedPros:The Staff was extremely, professional, helpful, friendly, flexible, available and went out of their way to help me with my trip. My primary contact was Alison who was SO INVESTED & is that rare employee who goes above & beyond as if it was her own business. I also spoke with Ronnie & was driven back by Aaron. The whole Team was a Wondeful Trifecta of Customer Service. I got an incredible deal on Kayak, but I actually chose to spend a bit more & upgraded to a premium vehicle.Cons:I wish this Branch was in LA so I could use rhem more...OR at least have them come to LA to train the LA reps OF HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!!!Reviewed Feb 7 2018

Cons:I was 9 minutes late to pick up the car after the closing time for that location. There were still 2 people inside who would not help me, even though I had a reservation. I have yet to receive my refund, even though I have called and emailed multiple times. Funny part is, I went to Enterprise right down the road and they also close at 1pm. The woman inside was very nice and had no issue helping me rent a car, even though I was a late walk in. Hertz is absolutely terrible.Reviewed Aug 24 2017
