Cons:Car smelled as if four people Chain smoked in it. Rental agency had no other cars on the lot to exchange. Felt sick entire time - smell was so strong. I ordered a VW Jetta and got a Chevy Malibu.Reviewed Jun 23 2020

Office closed when arrived to pick up carCons:The email I got failed to mention that even though we were told to pick up the car at 12:00 that the office closed at 12:00 and no one would be there for us to actually get the car. We arrived at 12:15 and had to make other more expensive arrangements. I was not impressed at all.Reviewed Oct 16 2017

Cons:The car didn’t have a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned it with a full tank of gas as instructed, but was refused any sort of credit or reimbursement for the difference. I do not recommend Hertz.Reviewed Mar 12 2018
