Location drastically understaffed. One poor manager running the location alone, doing her best with a small stable of cars clearly behind on preventative maintenance. Waited two hours to get a vehicle (not in the class I reserved but a substitute), and with a broken window taped closed; otherwise I was told there would be no vehicles available. After returning the vehicle hours early I was charged an unknown $75 fee and received no receipt or accounting for this fee.Reviewed Feb 2 2025

Pros:The staff who helped me at pick-up was very kind.Cons:1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.Reviewed May 10 2021

Pros:The staff was excellentCons:The broken rear view mirror was a repeating problem. It would not stay in position. I had to stop numerous times to readjust it because it would close onto the door while on the highway making it impossible to see out the back on the right side of the van.
