Pros: Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Cons: Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.

Cons: Was not able to rent because if their policy for security deposit. When reservation was cancelled my card was charged for the rental fee a second time. $350 charged to my credit for a rental that never occurred

Cons: bad customer service. car was paid for with third party priceline. insurance purchased as well. come to find when we got to the airport to get the car we were denied because we were using a debit card. clearly using the debit card to pay should have been a prompt to tell us we could not use this card for the car since it was not a major credit card. I dont even understand the difference anyway. pay is pay. this caused us to be late to an event where my sister was lecturing and a dinner in her honor was delayed. this could have all been avoided if the person booking would have explained this rule

Cons: Lynchburg Airport charges $10/ day to park. Pretty much killed the good deal that they offered me on the rental.

Cons: When I went to pick up the car Hertz was going to charge me an additional $200 i did not have it available on my card at the time so I was not able to rent the car. I was told I would not be charged for the rental I did not get that hight. But they charged me anyway. I will try to get them to do what they said. Never again

No Cars Available
Cons: After making a reservation online, I arrived to pick up my rental only to find out that nothing was available. Clerk was of no help and it seemed like I was bothering him. So I just left.

Tried to overcharge
Pros: The vehicle had less than 2,000 miles
Cons: They tried to charge me for being late because they had a line. They also tried to charge me 279$ for one extended day in a Camry!
