We were pulling into the lot to pick up our rental and someone called saying there was no car available for us. However, there were tons of care in the lot. When asked about the cars, the person at the desk stated they were reserved for other customers, yet, we also had a reservation and no car was given to us. Cons:Car was not ready at pick-up. Still needed to be cleaned. Gas tank only 1/4 full Car hood was left ajar, as I started to drive I noticed it and pulled over to close it.Reviewed Aug 19 2019

Pretty quick pickup/dropoff, nice car, a little high cost.Pros:Nice car, clean and in pretty good condition.Cons:Counter staff was quick and courteous but had to wait a few minutes for them to show up, both at pickup and drop off. Higher cost than rentals in neighboring town.Reviewed Oct 5 2018

Bygone ServicePros:The car was clean and well maintained. Comfortable for 4 people and the luggage for 4 people. Trip was fast and furious because of a family death. Car was good on gas and very comfortable ride.Cons:When I arrived at the small rental office I was told my car was no longer available because I was more than an hour late. Even though I had reserved the car with a CC. The clerk was not overly friendly and acted as if she was doing me a favor by looking for another rental in a full size car. I most likely will return to Enterprise for my future car rental needs.Reviewed Jan 25 2017

Cons:When I showed up at the rental counter, they said they had no cars and couldn't do anything to help me since I had not prepaid for my rental. Fortunately there was another rental car company close that had cars or I would have been stranded.Reviewed Nov 21 2016
