Pros:Marcos in particular was so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite! He answered all my questions with ease & knowledge! The cargo van we rented was clean and fresh inside. It drove amazing---a 23 hour drive for us to our destination with comfort, excellent gas mileage and very sturdy!! We have absolutely zero complaints with the vehicle and we would rent it again if we need another cargo van to transport our huge cargo load! Highly recommend!Cons:Perhaps if the rental business was open until 5 or 6 PM? Not an issue for me but for other renters it might have been helpful to have those extra hours.Reviewed Jun 28 2020

Pros:I was given a compact car, and requested an economy at the pick-up location. The workers were not wearing masks at the pick-up location, and the outside of the car was completely dirty (I have pictures). I wanted to return the vehicle two days early, and they wanted to charge me an additional $140-300. I will think twice before renting with Hertz, I've never had so much difficulty and I've tried several car rental agencies.Cons:Getting the car I wanted, clean. Flexibility in dropping off, and interacting with individuals wearing a mask- for everyones safety during a pandemic.Reviewed Jun 24 2020

Pros:Absolutely nothing about this hertz was enjoyable every time we would show up nobody was in the office and when we called they always said they were “outside cleaning cars” so idk it was very annoying plus they don’t allow debit cardsCons:Customer service and not having me drive back there three times for them to tell me something else I needed instead of just telling me everything I was going to need to even rentReviewed May 31 2020
