Pros: The lady who worked at Hertz gave us a great discount!
Cons: Our car smelled like cigarettes but thy didn't have another car to give us that was the same size and we needed to have a full sized car.

Cons: Ridiculous policy about not being able to use a bank card or cash deposit for rental when paying for rental and optional ins is okay to use bank card. Had to travel all the way back home 5 miles to get credit card and was late on leaving for our vacation. Thanks Hertz.
