Pros:They upgraded the car and we did not have to bring the car back full of gas. They were apologetic about the wait and supply issues.Cons:Small location in hotel. We had a reservation for 12:00 pm, we didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. There were no cars, they had to another location to get one.Reviewed May 18 2018

We were given a "bump-up".Pros:We requested a full size car, wanting it for comfort. We were given a small KIA SUV. The seats were too small and uncomfortable, but the car drove well and was inexpensive on gas. Our luggage fit in the boot wellCons:It took close to an hour to check in and I had a meeting to get to -I didn't allow enough time. Returning the car was better.
