Pros:They upgraded the car and we did not have to bring the car back full of gas. They were apologetic about the wait and supply issues.Cons:Small location in hotel. We had a reservation for 12:00 pm, we didn’t leave until 2:30 pm. There were no cars, they had to another location to get one.Reviewed May 18 2018

Hunting for the drop offPros:Nothing.Cons:Address for drop off is in an abandoned mall. And no signage for the rental agency. No one picked up the phone when calling for directions.Reviewed Apr 17 2018

We were given a "bump-up".Pros:We requested a full size car, wanting it for comfort. We were given a small KIA SUV. The seats were too small and uncomfortable, but the car drove well and was inexpensive on gas. Our luggage fit in the boot wellCons:It took close to an hour to check in and I had a meeting to get to -I didn't allow enough time. Returning the car was better.
