We requested a full size car, wanting it for comfort. We were given a small KIA SUV. The seats were too small and uncomfortable, but the car drove well and was inexpensive on gas. Our luggage fit in the boot wellCons:

I could have been alerted that the rental location where I was supposed to pick up the car closed at 6:00 PM, the same time as my pick-up. There was a fierce thunderstorm over Greensboro at that time, and I arrived at the rental facility at 6:08 to find it locked up tight. Not enough space hereSunnycars
