I'm still waiting on my refund. I picked the car up at 10:15 am on 10/30. I returned the car at 1:30ish same day. I only drove it less than 2 miles. I purchased a car 1 block east of the rental place and returned it the same day. I spoke with someone at Expefia and they are working on this.Reviewed Nov 5 2025

There were no cars even though multiple people had reservations. The men staffing had no other options to offer, help, or information. People were stranded or had to pay higher prices at other companies if they wanted a car. Don’t book with Hertz, they don’t honor reservations.Reviewed Nov 5 2025

I booked Hertz on Kayak under the impression there was free cancellation. Expedia swooped the reservation and when I went to cancel 48 hours prior the charged me $156. I call total BS. my rental through you did not work. i paid through expedia and hertz had no record of my payment and i spent an hour in their office eventually having to get expeida giving me a refund and had to go directly through hertz to pay. it was terrible. this method did not work at all.Reviewed Oct 26 2025
