Pros: Staff called before I came to let me know that they didn’t have a car for me.
Cons: Rental companies should not allow kayak or other site to make reservations for customers if their is not a way to communicate between the parties that there is no cars available.

Pros: Fast checkout. Car was one with good gas mileage so my fillups were cheap.

Cons: Office was essentially a large vacant room with one desk. Attendant at the desk didn't checked the vehicle when I returned it, which made me question if I would be seeing additional charges on my ccard. Attendant just got up from the desk to take the keys and said that was all that was needed.

Cons: We ended up canceling once we went to pick up the car in Foley. We had problems renting because the credit card we were using was my mother in laws but I would be driving. They said the names had to match. The employees were making fun of the manager in front of us. Overall the entire establishment was unprofessional and I will never rent a car again from hertz.
