Cons:They did not have a car for me - or for at least two couples who had arrived ahead of me. They did not have a car for me the following day, either, and just shrugged their shoulders and said "there are no cars". At that late date, I wasn't able to find a rental car at another agency, either. Given that I had made the reservation several months ago and paid upfront, I found this completely unacceptable and will never rent from them again.Reviewed Jan 1 2020
