Bad in the beginning, but they made up for it.Pros:I was impressed with the car, and they waived the gas fee due to the 45 minutes I had to wait past my pick up time.Cons:There was no one at the office because of the gun scare in Lebanon. I had to wait for about 45 minutes past my scheduled pickup time.Reviewed May 21 2018

In Corvallis, OR way better than their neighbors oPros:They honored the rate, the car was ready on time and they were kind and friendly. Before Hertz, I made the same reservation with Enterprise; when I arrived they "apologized" saying that they didn't have the kind of vehicle that I reserved and they tried really hard to upgrade my rental and make me pay more than twice. Such a waste of time. From now on, Hertz will be my first option.Reviewed Dec 30 2015
