Cons:Did not have the vehicle (pickup truck) I had reserved or any other vehicle options. Should not have accepted reservation if can't fulfill it. Had to pay for a Lyft ride home since I came away without a vehicle.Reviewed Oct 29 2020

Pros:The pickup was extremely easy once it was my turn, did a quick walk around swiped my card and I was off. The young guy that got me going was very quick and polite.Cons:When the TV commercials say we'll pick you up that's true if you are already within walking distance anyway!!! The office is located on the edge of town, I live 13 miles away down a 55 mph state hwy, they wouldn't come pick me up because I was outside the 10 mile radius. The thing that really upset me is any place say 5-7 miles away in town would have taken as long or longer with lights and traffic!!!Reviewed Oct 10 2020

Pros:The process of reserving the car and the car itself was easy.Cons:There was an issue when I dropped off the car in Helena. I will say that the empolyee, Gwen, who helped me from Albany was VERY helpful. She resolved the issue. I feel that the employee in Helena was also very kind and was just trying to do his job. Pros:Staff was friendly, but they only had one car available and made me upgrade for more money, then tried to hard talk me into getting the additional insurance. Classic tactics.Cons:They should have given me the car for the same price, instead of charging me for the upgrade.Reviewed Jun 7 2020

Cons:The rental company was closed when we dropped the car off and noticed that there was a sign posted that said we are liable for the car until the employees process the car back in. I’m not sure I agree with that statement. If I return the car to your lot I damaged and then someone else hits it returning another vehicle or it gets broken into, I should not be liable for those damages. Also, who’s to say that I’m not going to be charged for an additional day or hours because nobody is there to accept the keys?Reviewed Oct 7 2019
