An OK rental car experience that is not common for this location
Pros: Overall, the rental was fine.
Cons: I would prefer if this location would ALWAYS provide a full tank of gas to their rental cars. It would make it much easier for their customers to know how much gas to put into their cars. Unfortunately, there was also a mistake made to my billing, which required me to call the location to have it corrected. Usually, I don't have a problem with those types of issues. I am sure that it was a simple accident.

Typically good service unless very busy
Pros: Quick service, warmly greeted on this visit
Cons: The one thing that I don't like about the Corvallis Enterprise franchise is that they do not require that the cars be filled with gasoline at the end of the rental. If it is returned with a 1/2 tank of gas, they ask you to bring it back with approximately 1/2 tank of gas. If it is filled with 7/8 full of gas, you need to return it with 7/8 tank. I would much prefer to pick up a car with a full tank of gas and return it with a full tank of gas, so that I don't have to guess the number of gallons of gas that i need to use or add to the tank at the end of the rental period.

Ok
Pros: After the hassle with the pick up and payment situation, I liked that they gave me an upgrade and free day.
Cons: I was told my husband could meet the driver and use my debit card to pay as I would be at work and could in no way meet anyone. Then when they showed up they told him no because I wasn't present. Also there was a while half of a dried up muffin under the drivers seat. Gross.

Location was closed when I got there.
Cons: Reserved car ti pick up at noon on Saturday. When I got there shortly after noon, location was closed and door sign said they closed at noon. Nowhere in the reservation process did it indicate the location closed so early. Had to go to another car rental company to get car.

Generally great, but car had been smoked in.
Pros: The car ran fine, and the paperwork was quick and easy
Cons: The car had been smoked in previously. The smell was mostly gone but still occasionally noticeable.

Pros: I accidentally went to the wrong pick up site but they gave me a vehicle anyway rather than making me go to the correct site. I was so happy!

Professional, courteous, went out of their way
Pros: Even though they normally don't give rides/pickups on weekends at this location, they made an exception for us, as it seemed to be slow at that time of morning. This service was much appreciated, and made things a lot easier for us.

Pros: easy, clean, convenient. Made my reservation on Kayak.com. It was great.
Cons: They were closed at noon on a sunday ( turn in day) so I wasn't able to get a ride.
