They charged almost $100 more than quoted. The car was not ready. They made me wait and watch a guy add an entire litre of oil. Was 45 minutes to pick up the car. When I saw my credit card bill after the drop off they billed me $10,851.00 CDN for a 7 hour car rental. I have been trying to get someone to help reverse this for 5 days now. Hertz would not let me rent the car with my Philippine driver's license because I did not have my passport with me. I have rented cars with them on numerous occasions using that license and not once has an agent asked me for a passport.
