Check-in process took 30 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to do the technology. He signed the rental agreement for me which I think is illegal. The car didn’t have a full tank of gas and wasn’t clean. Then they were closed on Sundays when my scheduled return was and I got charged for an extra day. Don’t rent from here!!!!Budget

. The facility itself was so dirty. Trash laying around the waiting room. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. One person working the entire facility. He was doing his best but the process wasn’t great. There was no walk around to mark dings/imperfections on the car. My car was filthy when I got it. Not only was there NO sanitation/COVID cleaning there were cracker crumbs on the floor of the backseat. Dog hair all over. The navigation/backup camera screen was shattered. It was not good. The person working there said there weren’t any other cars he could give me. I had to be at an appointment in a few minutes so there wasn’t anything I could do. Thankfully, upon return, they did not charge me for the rental. The person working there did his best to make the situation right but they clearly need more staff if he’s the only one expected to run the counter, check in and out cars AND clean. It was not a good experience and I would be renting from here again.6,4 Okay

Twenty minutes before pick up time, rental place calls me and says "we don't have any vans...sorry they let you book it" So, trip ruined, 7 people didn't get to go as planned, etc. bad birthday for my daughter. Furthermore, Kayak accepted no responsibility and passed the buck to Payless... Just a sad situation.
