Pros:Staff not friendly and not helpfulCons:They charged extra driver fee because I prepaid for the car with my credit card but the reservation was in my fiancé’s name. That seems ridiculous that I had to be a driver on the car even though I never sat in the car just because I prepaid for the car through kayak with my card.Reviewed Feb 26 2021

Pros:Nothing - never got the rental. Reservation was for 8 am and booked two days in advance. Received a call the night before pick up saying the car wouldn't be available until 3:30 pm. Received another call at 3 pm stating there was still no car and "try again" the next day. Still no car...Cons:If a car is not available after a reservation has been made, offer a different vehicle at the same price. Not an offer of larger vehicle for a much higher cost.Reviewed Jul 31 2019

Great overallPros:Picked me up for the rental and dropped us off at the airport when we were done with the rental. Car return was super quick and easy.Cons:The car wasn’t ready when we arrived and it took 45+ minutes to get the car after arrival.Reviewed Jan 27 2018

Humm...Pros:There was no option other than going in a picking up the vehicle. The seats were clean, but we had to stop at a gas station to buy paper towels and window cleaner to clean all the windows, inside and out, because we couldn't see.Cons:There was a mix up at the time of pick up with the amount we were to be charged. They overcharged our account and then they could not recharge the correct amount within a 24hour period. This cause somewhat more trouble in that another 50 mile round trip was needed to pick up someone (whom needs to be present) with a different bank account/credit card.Reviewed Nov 2 2015
