The girl in Lafayette where I rented the car was extremely nice. The Hertz people in Nashvlle when dropping the car off were extremely RUDE. The car was ok not super comfortable but ok. The rAtes are outrageous. Also, I paI’d ahead for the car with a major credit card. You guy putting another $200 hold on my acct for days is unacceptable. I had already paid for the car. Ridiculous and I don’t like being told that AFTER I’ve already rented the car. I have insurance. No reason to do that.

NothingThey are scam artist behind the counter at LFT. They literally had the audacity to try to charge me for a broken windshield that I did not break. They have no cameras around the rental car area yet claimed it was my fault. Absolute trash employees and trash company, I will never rent from hertz ever again.

A/C did not seem to work with in the car. This is pretty unacceptable in Louisiana.

We noticed tire pressure reducing on our second day with the car. We filled the tire with air, and reported the issue to Hertz as soon as we got back to our room. I expected them to send someone out to, perhaps, change the tire. But no, we were told to take the back to the airport. Then...We were exhausted but took the car in. The worker said we’d have to trade cars out and did we fill up the tank! I said no...then she states I will most likely be charged for a new tire! I was shocked. I called the next day to check on this, and she said I wouldn’t know till Monday (weekend). still ?

Nice car, late model Kia Soul.Hertz did not have a mid-size car "ready" for me on time, but they offered to upcharge me into a a lg SUV, which I declined. Within a reasonable amount of time got me the Kia. However, when it came time to pass papers, they did not automatically accept my Kayak contract, or my Allianz insurance.

Customer service top notchI want to thank the lady that checked us in and the very excellent customer service of the lady at the time we dropped off the vehicle. At drop off we had a slight issue and the young lady whose name started with Na___(did not get the spelling) went above and beyond on a Sunday to make things right. I was very impressed with her will to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Please reward her for a job well done.The vehicle was hard to pack with 5 people, luggage and a wheelchair. It was a Nisssn quest. Very nice just to small.
