Cons: The room was a bit cold even tough all heaters were at maximum. You would definitely not be comfortable in just a t-shirt inside the room. The coffee is Nescafé which doesn’t really qualify as coffee IMO. And tea wasn’t restocked by the housecleaning. The breakfast is average, and there is a horrible smell from gaslamps sitting on the tables. There is a perfumed smell in the lobby and hallways at all times.

Pros: Quality and atmosphere of the hotel. Comfortable bed spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was also situated near the train station and plenty of high street shops. Restaurant food was excellent, especially the rib eye stake.

Pros: The breakfast choice was excellent, lots of interesting healthy choices, and crispy bacon and eggs if you wanted something different. Amazing coffee and a great start to the day. Location was central, and staff were helpful. Daily cleans of room altho I had rearranged the bed so I could sleep with my son so they weren't able to change my sheets easily but that was my doing. Mini bar in room very reasonable given that there is no restaurant or capability for lunch or evening meals.

Cons: Hadnt realised that the hotel dont provide travel cots and I had been booked into a twin with my 16month old son. Wasnt the opportunity to move to a double room to allow me to safely share my bed with him but I managed to push beds together and flip the sheets to make a makeshift double which worked well. On moving the furniture a little there was a lot of dust under table, bed etc and beside fridge. Everything else was very clean and serviced daily

Cons: Overall both bedrooms and public rooms a bit dark. We had a ceiling light out in our room and although we requested it to be replaced on day 1 it hadn't been done when we checked out am day six. Also hardly any hangers when we arrived, they were very helpful and managed to rustle up another four, but they were just wire ones, it didn't seem like a difficult request to us.

Cons: The room was dusty. The chandelier had cobwebs and the side tables where the lamps were were dusty. The staff did not give every kid their kid activity bag. We had to ask if we could also have one for our kids.

Lovely staff Great location, right over the road from the train and bus links, right in the center of Helsingborg town The kind receptionist let me in a late checkout leaving the key and codes in a secure lock box so I could check in after reception had closed, just make sure you let them know if you plan to do this. The bathroom is shared with your floor but is modern and kept super hygienic. Breakfast looked great (included in price) but sadly didn't have chance to try. Remember to bring your own bed linen or you can rent it for 75 SEK. Room included a fridge which was a nice touch.

Pros: I felt everybody is doing the job there with lots of love. Every staff always smiled and the design and decoration was cute. It made me happy and I felt very comfortable. I am experiencing the difference between a hotel with normal service and your hostel with love right now and I am missing your cuteness and kindness here in Malmö. In addition, it felt like everything is well thought-out and organised for the guests. A special thanks goes to Emma who worked in the kitchen, cleaned the rooms and organised the reception and did not forget to inform me to pick up my luggage before she closed reception for a short break.

The Hotell Linnéa, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western is a privately owned breakfast hotel in the heart of Helsingborg, situated in one of the city’s classic houses from 1887. As a business hotel its location is fantastic, just a short walk to plenty of restaurant and Helsingborg Central Station where trains, boats, buses and taxis are ready at your need. The highway is within two minutes from our parking garage. All rooms are of high class, for both the private and business travelers. Our guests often emphasize that our hotel exudes a genuine and family-like feeling, which we are determined to live up to. None of our 38 rooms are the same as another. All the rooms have their own personal decor and modern technical equipment, among other things that is what is unique about Hotell Linnéa, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western.

Pros: Centrally located hotel with its own parking nearby. Room was large and breakfast was good. If your taking the ferry to Denmark and you want a hotel in town with easy access then this your for you. Lady on the reception was lovely.

For me the biggest plus point for the hotel was the excellent breakfast spread which included a wide variety of options including some hot food and I noticed that special dietary requests from other guests were accommodated. The décor appears to have now been toned down a bit from the pictures I saw before booking and I didn't have any large images on the walls in my room which suited me fine.

Cons: There was no main ceiling light in the bedroom, but the bedside reading lights and desk light ended up being sufficient for what I needed, so this was only a small issue. There was a little bit of traffic noise from the road outside at night, but nothing significant or particularly disturbing.
