Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions and amenities. Some reviewers highlight friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and good breakfast options. However, there are frequent mentions of issues with cleanliness, outdated furnishings, lack of air conditioning, and limited staff presence, especially after hours. Value for price is debated, with some guests finding it reasonable and others considering it expensive for the offered quality. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest feature.
