Our anago (saltwater eel) sushi, thoroughly seeped in a secret sauce, is very popular! You will be entertained with a colorful and creative kaiseki course meal, featuring blessings from the Seto Inland Sea, such as our unique anago shabu shabu, as well as our vegetable kaiseki course, which is prepared without any fish or seafood.
