Great simple touches which made the difference between a good and great b&b
Bed was a little soft!
Staff friendly & helful, lovely room & ideal location
Second stay and will stay again. Fab location, with free parking. Its stylish, clean, great facilities, welcoming and serves an excellent breakfast till 10.00am weekends
very pleasant environment. lovely decor.breakfast just right and very good quality.
I didn't like the fact that I had to climb two very steep flights of stairs as I have a bad knee. I'd stayed here before & had booked again but our previous ro0m was in a fabulous annex.this room was on the small side.
The level of comfort was excellent and you had everything you could need. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked
Mein host was a bit grumpy! I fell in their front drive where there was a pothole and I got a kind of "well we can't sffford to have it repaired response". I wasn't hurt but felt I should tell them someone had tripped.
Freindly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Nice fresh breakfasts with a very good selection of ceareals, fruits and breads.
We had a very nice room at the front of the house. The hotel is on a busy main road and between 7am & 11pm the traffic while not heavy is constant. Would book a rear or side room in future. The room however was really nice. We did have the windows open as it was very warm which did not altogether help with noise reduction.
comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, helpful and pleasent staff.
The decor is fabulous and modern a real treat
The hotel was good and is upgrading there rooms. We had one of the older rooms which were dated. They only have three more rooms left to udgrade. We were showed round 3 new rooms and they were excellent. A perfect place to stay in Harrogate. Great breakfast too.
