The staff were rude. They told me if i chose o park my own vehicle it would be free then the next day they charged me the same amount as the valet parking would have been. The pool was freezing as well as the hot tub. Before I booked I called about a discounted rate my husband’s work gets and they told me to go online and make the reservation once I check in the front desk would give me the rate. When I enquire upon checking in the man told me I was already getting a good rate and that I should have called to book with their reservation line. I told him I did and they told me to book online. I had to talk with two other people before someone went and checked about my husbands work rate in which they told me they don’t have that partnership however my husbands co worker stayed there on two other occasions and received the rate. I will not be booking at this hotel again
Convenient location and friendly staff
Extremely disappointed that the heater in the pool was broken resulting in no whirlpool and a freezing cold pool. We don't live near by and only book a hotel for the pool. Also terribly noisy very late into the night when my kids were trying to sleep.
The character and location.
Wash room had a cracked toilet, bed felt old not very comfortable, quality of pillows and linens felt well used, thermostat didn’t seem to be working.
The only good thing was the free coffee in the morning they gave us because the noise was unbearable through the night and they neglected to tell us the pool and hot tub were out of order
When we checked in the staff neglected to tell us the pool and hot tub were out of order. We got all ready and headed to the pool only to find an out of order sign. When I went to the front desk all they said was ya it's broke no apology or anythi
